We believe every young person deserves a real shot at their future not just the ones with the right connections or the right ZIP code.

Our mission is to remove the barriers that prevent underserved communities from accessing college and career opportunities, and replace them with access. That means putting resources directly in the hands of students and families who need them most. It means being a bridge between professionals ready to give their time and young people ready to learn from them. And it means showing up, consistently, so opportunity isn't something you have to go looking for.

Whether it's a backpack, a hands-on career experience, or a volunteer who takes the time to show up, we're working to make sure every door is a little easier to open.

  • 3 Girls 1 World is a youth-focused 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to closing educational opportunity gaps by providing students with essential resources, career exposure, and experiences that help them thrive academically and beyond.

  • We serve students and families in underserved communities by providing access to educational resources, career exploration, mentorship, and opportunities that help young people prepare for their future.

    Our goal is to remove barriers—not create new ones. Our promise is to provide programs and resources at no cost to the students and families we serve.

  • Donations are accepted via our dedicated donation tab, cash app ($3girls1worldinc), Amazon registry, and drop off locations. Financial donations, school supplies, backpacks, and other in-kind gifts all help us continue our mission and reach more young people.
